How it would work with us

Appoint a preferred agent to market the property

Organise any refurbishment work at no cost to yourself

We’ll deal with estate agents and solicitors, arrange viewings and deal with offers. We’ll keep you fully updated with the progress of the sale

Once the sale is agreed, we’ll deal with all parties involved to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible. We’ll pay estate agent’s and solicitor’s fees where they apply and on completion of the sale the total amount owing is paid to your solicitor and then transferred to you.

All agreements and contracts are drafted by solicitors as in a conventional property sale.
